• Subscription Cancellations and Refunds: To cancel a subscription, clients can use the self-serve Reformance Training Athlete Account Portal or email admin@reformancetraining.com. For email cancellations, a 72-hour notice is required before the subscription renewal date. Cancellations made without the 72-hour notice will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $11.50.
