About Reformance Training
Reformance Training brings a fully integrated approach to powerlifting, where programming, nutrition, and communication align to turn training into performance results.
Founded in 2021 by Alfred Jong and Kedric Kwan, Reformance draws on high-performance sport experience and doctoral-level research to build evidence-based coaching systems.
Our approach lives inside Reformance PRO 360, where every detail of training and nutrition connects around one goal: progress that’s evidence-based and data-driven.
We invest in tools that make this integration seamless—from our Reformance Athlete Database (RAD) for tracking performance, to detailed nutrition logging systems that enhance feedback and decision-making. These systems keep both athlete and coach informed, enabling precise, data-driven adjustments from block to block.
Our Coaching Team
At Reformance, our coaching team blends innovation, research, and real-world experience to help athletes succeed. With expertise in powerlifting coaching, performance nutrition, and technique analysis, we’ve guided athletes at the highest levels — from national championships to the IPF Worlds, the World Games 2025, and Sheffield 2024 & 2025. Our philosophy is simple: evidence-based programming, individualized support, and long-term performance development.

A structured program design provides the framework for performance, ensuring every phase of training builds toward your goals. Nutrition coaching supports that structure by keeping you fueled, recovered, and ready to perform. Whether you’re managing weight classes, cutting for competition, optimizing recovery, or fine-tuning meet-day fueling, each strategy is built on evidence—not guesswork.
You can choose to work with a Reformance coach for a fully integrated experience—where programming and nutrition are aligned—or collaborate with us alongside your existing coach. Either way, we believe that connecting every part of your preparation creates intentional, data-driven progress.
