• Subscription Cancellations and Refunds: To cancel a subscription, clients can use the self-serve Athlete Account Portal or email admin@reformancetraining.com. For email cancellations, a 72-hour notice is required before the subscription renewal date. Cancellations made without the 72-hour notice will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $11.50.

What is included

  • Coaching and programming: Block design tailored to your goals, schedule, equipment, and timeline, with adjustments as you go
  • Video movement and technique analysis: Regular reviews of squat, bench press, and deadlift with time stamped cues and clear priorities
  • Goal planning: Milestones for strength, skill development, and performance
  • Communication: Direct messaging for timely coordination and questions
  • Tracking and resources: Customized training program and reference guides
  • Competition support (as needed): Attempt selection, meet day timeline, and handling guidance

 

What is not included

  • Nutrition coaching, including weight cutting and rehydration protocols (For integrated coaching and nutrition, see Reformance PRO 360. For nutrition only, see Nutrition Coaching.)

 

How it works

  1. Order and intake: Our admin team will contact you to complete the Athlete Intake and gather training history, schedule, equipment, and goals
  2. Meet your coach: Align on goals, confirm your check in cadence, and review your first block
  3. Train: Submit check ins and training video as agreed. Receive adjustments and technique notes with time stamped cues
  4. Progress: Reassess milestones and update programming for the next block. If competing, add attempt plan and meet day timeline, then debrief after
