What is included
- Coaching and programming: Individualized block design with progressions that use RPE, velocity, and percentage work where appropriate, plus ongoing adjustments
- Video movement and technique analysis: Regular reviews of squat, bench press, and deadlift with time stamped cues and clear priorities
- Initial assessment: Training context, schedule, body composition targets, weight class needs, and nutrition history
- Personal Nutrition Planning: Macro and micronutrient targets aligned with your current training or competition phase
- Nutrition and Weight Monitoring : Check ins scheduled with your coach
- Education and tools: Reformance Nutrition Log and simple templates for tracking and planning
- Competition Performance Nutrition support (as needed): Safe weight cutting, water cutting, and rehydration protocols, plus meet week and meet day fueling
- Supplement guidance: Evidence informed recommendations within sport rules and your personal context
- Access for questions: Direct messaging for timely coordination
How it works
- Order and intake: Place your Athlete Package (Coaching Only) order. Our administrative team will contact you to complete the Athlete Intake and gather training history, schedule, equipment, and goals
- Meet your coach: Align on goals, confirm your check in cadence, and review your first block and nutrition plan
- Train: Submit check ins and training video as agreed. Receive adjustments and technique notes with time stamped cues
- Progress: Reassess milestones and update programming and nutrition for the next block. If competing, add attempt plan and fueling schedule, then debrief after
