- Competition Performance Nutrition support (as needed): Safe weight cutting, water cutting, and rehydration protocols, plus meet week and meet day fueling
- Supplement guidance: Evidence informed recommendations within sport rules and your personal context
- Access for questions: Direct messaging for timely coordination
How it works
- Onboard: Place your Nutrition Coaching order and complete the Athlete Intake with goals, schedule, and training details
- Plan: Meet your coach, set the check in cadence, and receive your initial plan with clear priorities
- Implement: Follow the plan and submit updates. Your coach adjust targets and timing to match your training or competition phase
- Refine: Reassess milestones and update for the next block. If competing, add meet week and meet day protocols
