Policy Notice:
• Non-refundable Merchandise: All merchandise purchases are non-refundable.
• Subscription Cancellations and Refunds: To cancel a subscription, clients can use the self-serve Athlete Account Portal or email admin@reformancetraining.com. For email cancellations, a 72-hour notice is required before the subscription renewal date. Cancellations made without the 72-hour notice will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $11.50.

Standalone nutrition coaching aligned to your training and goals. We design daily fueling, weight management, and recovery plans, and provide clear guidance for body composition targets or competition needs.

  • Initial assessment: Training context, schedule, body composition targets, weight class needs, and nutrition history
  • Personal Nutrition Planning: Macro and micronutrient targets aligned with your current training or competition phase
  • Nutrition and Weight Monitoring : Check ins scheduled with your coach
  • Education and tools: Reformance Nutrition Log and simple templates for tracking and planning
  • Competition Performance Nutrition support (as needed): Safe weight cutting, water cutting, and rehydration protocols, plus meet week and meet day fueling
  • Supplement guidance: Evidence informed recommendations within sport rules and your personal context
  • Access for questions: Direct messaging for timely coordination

How it works

  1. Onboard: Place your Nutrition Coaching order and complete the Athlete Intake with goals, schedule, and training details
  2. Plan: Meet your coach, set the check in cadence, and receive your initial plan with clear priorities
  3. Implement: Follow the plan and submit updates. Your coach adjust targets and timing to match your training or competition phase
  4. Refine: Reassess milestones and update for the next block. If competing, add meet week and meet day protocols
