Behind the Triangle

The Reformance triangle is more than a mark. It nods to the Delta symbol, a reminder that progress is change. Three continuous lines convey motion and the never-ending cycle of practice and improvement. The color and structure echo a construction sign to emphasize building and creation. This reflects how we coach: the athlete is central, and programming, nutrition, communication, and technique align around that person from training through meet day.
