At Reformance, we combine evidence-based coaching with our Reformance Athlete Database (RAD) to track volume, intensity, RPE-based training OR percentage-based prescriptions and trends that matter. We use data to guide programming and coaching. You choose the support you need: a custom training block, ongoing powerlifting coaching, or our integrated Reformance PRO 360 (coaching + nutrition).

Yes — you can switch between packages at any time. Speak with your coach or our admin team and we’ll make the change.

We can’t guarantee a specific coach, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference. You can request a coach when signing up or email us at info@reformancetraining.com to check availability. See our About Us page to learn more about the team.
