More than a logo. A daily reminder of how we build athletes.

behind the Triangle

The Reformance triangle is a symbol of intent. It is rooted in the Delta symbol from the Greek alphabet, which represents change. For us, Delta is not a slogan. It is a commitment to steady improvement through practice, feedback, and learning.

Change

Change

The Reformance triangle represents the Delta symbol from the Greek alphabet. In our context, Delta means change.

never-ending

Never-Ending

The triangle is drawn to symbolize a never-ending cycle — a reminder that the pursuit of positive change and self-improvement never stops. The three continuous lines convey motion and direction, pointing toward progress with each rotation around the shape.

Motion

Motion

The three separate lines of the triangle denote the motion toward change. They carry the message of never stopping — progress is continuous and momentum is always moving forward.

How the triangle shows up in our coaching

Programming

Plans are individualized and adjusted with clear checkpoints. We use principles like RPE, velocity, and percentage work as tools, not rules.

Nutrition

Daily fueling, weight management, and rehydration are planned with the same care as training. Performance nutrition supports each phase, including safe weight cutting when required.

Technique

Movement quality matters. Efficient squat, bench, and deadlift patterns help training transfer to the platform and support long term progress.

Communication

Coaching is a partnership. Clarity, expectations, and feedback keep the plan aligned with the athlete
