At our core, we are a collective of passionate coaches with a wide range of backgrounds and expertise. From coaching some of the world’s top powerlifters to competing alongside them on the global stage, we bring a wealth of experience to the table. But that’s not all!
We take pride in our ability to provide comprehensive support to our athletes, both on and off the field. Our team includes exceptional game day coaches who will meticulously prepare you for competition and provide invaluable assistance on your big day. They will be by your side, ensuring that you are ready to give your best performance.
Moreover, we understand that nutrition plays a crucial role in optimizing performance. That’s why we are thrilled to have experts in sports nutritionist services on our team. They will work closely with you to create tailored meal plans and dietary strategies that maximize your potential during training and competition.
Additionally, our registered dietitian brings specialized knowledge to our team, including a focus on areas such as eating disorders. With their guidance, we can provide comprehensive support for your nutrition and overall well-being. We prioritize a holistic approach, recognizing that a healthy mind and body are essential for athletic success.

OUR PHILOSOPHY & VISION

Athletes are the center of our coaching. We do this by merging a wealth of experience with sound scientific knowledge and never discounting you as an unique individual. Your training goals are our number one priority and we view coaching as a partnership between athlete and coach, and over time we plan to forge a bond as strong or even stronger than your gains/1 rep max. We want every individual working with us to have a sense of pride in being associated with Reformance. We want to see great athletes, goal driven individuals or even a beginners to fitness absolutely crush their goals. Our vision is to not just help someone get strong but also to educate and empower individuals to have autonomy over their training goals. Together we can bring a revolution to how an individual performs in and out of the gym, we want to see you be a part of Reformance.

OUR CORE BELIEFS:
  • Individualized Approach: We understand that broad training principles are valuable, but we also recognize that each athlete is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. This belief places a strong emphasis on effective communication between athlete and coach, ensuring that we tailor our approach to meet your specific needs and goals.
  • Health and Wellness: We firmly believe that progress in the gym should never come at the expense of your health and overall well-being. In fact, we see them as mutually reinforcing. We prioritize a holistic approach that considers your physical and mental well-being, integrating data-driven methodologies with scientific research to support your overall health and performance.
  • Strategic Training Tools: To optimize your training outcomes, we utilize a range of proven tools such as Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), Velocity-based training, and percentage-based training. When implemented and executed correctly, these tools provide valuable insights and enable us to fine-tune your training program for maximum effectiveness.
