Coach response times may vary between 24–48 hours, depending on their schedule, but you’re welcome to discuss communication preferences directly with your coach to find what works best for you.
We don’t currently offer gift cards, however if you’d like to support a friend or family member in their training journey, we’re happy to create a customized package for you. Just reach out and we’ll put something together!
We only charge taxes for athletes and clients based in Canada. Clients outside of Canada are not charged tax.
