Nutrition Coaching

  • • Regular check-ins and recommendations for macro targets and adjustments
  • • Tracking and data feedback through the Reformance Nutrition Log System
  • • Competition nutrition planning and performance strategy
  • • Competition nutrition protocols, including refueling or weight-cut strategies ( such as water, gut, or carbohydrate manipulation)
  • • Recovery and readiness guidance, including sleep, hydration, and supplement considerations
  • • Weight-class planning and management (if applicable)
  • • Direct access to your Reformance coach for questions between check-ins

Reformance Pro 360

  • • Integration programming and nutrition coaching
  • • Includes all features of Nutrition Coaching, enhanced and aligned with training blocks for fueling, recovery, and competition prep
  • • Includes all features of our Program Design and Coaching service, with enhanced integration, feedback, and nutrition support
  • • Individualized training program tailored to your goals and competition timeline
  • • Weekly program adjustments based on performance and recovery data
  • • Weekly video feedback on key lifts and technique refinement
  • • Competition-day plan including attempt selection, warm-up timing, and fueling strategy
