Yes — you can switch between packages at any time. Speak with your coach or our admin team and we’ll make the change.
Coaching is billed monthly on the day you start (e.g., sign up Sept 5 → billed on the 5th of each month). Payments are automatic via credit or debit card. Need to pause? Just let us know.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting our admin team. Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before your renewal date.
Services: Refunds are subject to a small administrative fee. Cancellations made without 72 hours’ notice are refunded minus an $11.50 fee.
Merchandise: All merchandise sales are final and non-refundable.
