COACH

Growing up, I have always been curious about everything, and strength training just happens to be something that I’ve consistently been curious about. So much so that I’ve decided to dedicate a huge chunk of my education towards it. However, education isn’t isolated to simply reading a book or writing a research paper, it’s about finding opportunities to learn, think and implement knowledge that has been obtained prior. Through constant trialing, fine-tuning, and seeking, one can then ensure that they are getting the most out of their “education”. I believe my role as a coach goes beyond helping someone get strong and should one be willing, to help them learn more about themselves through that journey of strength. If you’re willing to go down that rabbit hole, you can be sure I will go down that hole with you!
